Who Dat!!!

Saints win! Saints win! Saints win! So much for Peyton Manning being the greatest quarterback alive. Drew Brees drove his team to the lead and Manning followed by throwing a Pick-Six that gave New Orleans an insurmountable 31-17 lead. The Super Bowl MVP trophy will be resting over Brees' fireplace but credit must be given to coach Sean Payton. He made gutsy calls all night that gave his team the edge they needed to win the first Super Bowl in their history. The onside kick to start the half put the Saints on the path to the Lombardi Trophy. Payton did not want to give Manning and the Colts the opportunity to take a commanding lead early in the second half and his gamble paid off with a touchdown. Credit also has to be given to the Saints defense. After falling behind 10-0, they effectively shut down Manning for the rest of the game. They put enough pressure on Manning to keep him from finding his deadly comfort zone and slowed down their vaunted passing attack. It looked great as a Colts hater to see Manning choking again. It was almost as if Warren Sapp had wrapped his hands around Manning's ostrich neck. Here is an early prediction for next year. Tom Brady will lead a massive upset of the Saints in Super Bowl XLV, cementing his legacy as the greatest quarterback of his generation. What, you didn;t think I was going to sneak in a Patriots plug? Of course, to win his fourth Super Bowl, Brady needs to dump his wife, Gisele, and hook up with Kourtney Kardashian. The Kardashian girls have delivered an NBA title to the Lakers and now a Super Bowl to the Saints. Brady needs to move in on Kourtney to ensure a fourth title.
