Brady Will Win 7th Super Bowl Ring

It's hard to believe that nineteen years have gone by since Tom Brady led the Patriots to one of the greatest upset victories in Super Bowl history.  As Adam Vinatieri's game winning field goal split the uprights at the Superdome to clinch the 20-17 win over the heavily favored Rams, a young Brady had a look of disbelief on his face.  Even the confident Brady could not know then what we all know now.

It was just the beginning.  The beginning of the greatest career in NFL history.

On Sunday, Brady will play in his 10th Super Bowl and will be seeking his 7th Lombardi Trophy.  After nine trips and six championships with the Patriots, this is Brady's first season with the Buccaneers and he has a chance to further remove himself from all other players in the game's great history if he can lead Tampa Bay past the explosive Chiefs.

As potent as the Chiefs are, I see Brady capturing the moment and the championship on Sunday.  Patrick Mahomes will have his chances, but after watching nine memorable Super Bowls with Brady in a Patriots uniform, I have come to expect that Brady will find a way to come out ahead in a classic.

31-28, Buccaneers.
