Note:

Shane Victorino was a late scratch from the lineup with tightness in his lower back and was replaced in the lineup by Jonny Gomes.

Gomes will bat fifth and play left field.

Daniel Nava, who was originally in the lineup as the left fielder and batting fifth, is now the right fielder and batting second.

It is unknown of Victorino will be available off the bench tonight but manager John Farrell said he was hopeful that Victorino will return to the lineup tomorrow night for Game 5.
