In case you missed my AFC Playoff predictions or my NFC Playoff predictions.
All picks against the spread and home team in capitals.
Cincinnati (+3) over HOUSTON
Injuries to the Texans spoiled their chance to be the AFC favorite and they will lose their inaugural playoff game because the Bengals - yes, the Bengals - are the tougher team after surviving the AFC North.
23-16, Bengals.
Detroit (+10.5) over NEW ORLEANS
The Saints are my pick to win the NFC but they will have a scare put into them by the Lions. Calvin Johnson is going to be a force in this one but the Drew Brees Machine will live to play another week.
38-30, Saints.
NY GIANTS (-3) over Atlanta
This game will lead many to believe the Giants are a Super Bowl contender because of their defense (they're not) and that Matt Ryan will never lead the Falcons to a championship (he will someday).
24-14, Giants.
DENVER (+8.5) over Pittsburgh
Like the Texans, the Steelers have suffered too many injuries to win the AFC. As bad as Tebow has been lately, he will find a way to score late against a banged up Pittsburgh defense to lead the Broncos to the shocking win.
16-13, Broncos.
Last Week: 5 - 9 - 2
Season: 119 - 126 - 5
