1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
2. Jed Lowrie, 3B
3. Adrian Gonzalez, 1B

5. David Ortiz, DH
6. Carl Crawford, LF

8. Josh Reddick, RF
9. Marco Scutaro, SS
Three Strikes:
1. So, maybe Carl Crawford's first season in Boston will not be a complete bust.
The $142-million Man is 9 for his last 26 with 2 home runs and 8 RBI on the current road trip, upping his season totals to .255 BA, 9 HR, 46 RBI, and a .687 OPS.
Hopefully this is a glimpse into what the Red Sox will be getting for the rest of 2011.
2. Josh Reddick's inability to produce at the plate - .200 BA, 2 HR, 4 RBI, and a .553 OPS over his last 25 games - has opened the door for J.D. Drew to end his Red Sox career the way he started it back in 2007.
Yes, Drew could make up for a lost season by helping the Red Sox win the World Series this year just like he did five years ago.
3. Due to Hurricane Irene, which will hit the Boston area on Sunday, the Red Sox and A's will play a doubleheader at Fenway Park tomorrow. The start times will be 12pm and 5pm.
Make sure to hit the Basement at The Baseball Tavern for pregame and postgame on Saturday.
