A Few Things to Read Today

The focus of the basketball world is currently on Dwight Howard and free agency in the NBA but Ian Thomsen of Sports Illustrated has been doing some terrific pieces on USA Basketball as they gear up to defend their gold medal at the London Olympics and this piece on Kevin Love sheds some excellent insight into a star player that is often overlooked because he plays in Minnesota. 

Thomsen also had a great pieces on the changes in LeBron James since winning his first NBA title and Kobe Bryant's on going determination to be a winner.
