Football Picks

All picks against the spread and home team in capitals.

Merry Christmas!

NFL

Denver (-3) over BUFFALO
Tim Tebow playing this close to Jesus' birthday is too much to pick against.

NY Giants (+3) over NY JETS
The G-Men save Tom Coughlin's job.

St. Louis (+15) over PITTSBURGH
Chaz Batch will keep the Steelers in the hunt for the AFC North title and a first round playoff bye but he won't cover the spread.

WASHINGTON (-6.5) over Minnesota
The thought of the Vikings with Adrian Peterson and Andrew Luck is scary.

CINCINNATI (-4) over Arizona
The Red Rifle and A.J. Green keep the Bengals in the playoff hunt.

Oakland (+2.5) over KANSAS CITY
The Chiefs fall on their faces after upsetting the Packers a week ago.

Miami (+10) over PATRIOTS
I see a late Brandon Marshall touchdown giving the Dolphins the back door cover.

BALTIMORE (-12.5) over Cleveland
Ravens inch closer to first round playoff bye.

CAROLINA (-6.5) over Tampa Bay
Cam Newton will run all over the Bucs defense.

TENNESSEE (-7) over Jacksonville
Chris Johnson will run all over the Jaguars defense.

DETROIT (-2.5) over San Diego
The Lions clinch a playoff spot!

DALLAS (-1.5) over Philadelphia
Tough to pick who will play worse in a big game, Tony Romo or Michael Vick.  I'll go with Vick.

SEATTLE (+2) over San Francisco
Pete Carroll has the 'Hawks on the verge of a playoff spot.  Wait, what?

Chicago (+12) over GREEN BAY
21-13, Packers.

Atlanta (+7) over NEW ORLEANS
Falcons loom as potential NFC dark horse with Matt Ryan.
