Patriots Fans Better Prepare For Tavaris Jackson

*** UPDATE *** ESPN.com has reported that Favre has two fractures in his ankle and his status is uncertain for Sunday's game in New England. I stand by my prediction that Brett Favre has played his last game in the NFL. When Randy Moss was traded to the Vikings three weeks ago, New England fans started to prepare for Minnesota's Halloween visit to Gillette Stadium. Well, I believe the luster will not be as great because I think Brett Favre has played in his last NFL game. The old quarterback is injured, playing on a struggling team, and is involved in a personal crisis that could cost him his marriage and has been an embarassing ordeal. Watching Favre limp off towards the lockerrom after a tough 28-24 loss to the Packers in Green Bay after tossing two critical interceptions gave me the feeling that #4 is ready to retire back to his private estate in Mississippi. If this is the last we have seen of Favre, it will be a sad ending to a Hall of Fame career. However, if he hangs around much longer it could lead to an even more disgraceful exit. Let's all hope he bows out before he is forced out by either his bum ankle or a suspension handed down for his alleged interaction with a beautiful young employee of the Jets during his one year in New York.
